Sukhtipyaroge, a sister and brother team in July of 1988.
The former restaurant was located at 1835
Nicollet
Ave. in Minneapolis. The restaurant was a great hit from the start.
Major food critics from the Twin Cities, i.e. Clara Waldermar from the Reader's,
Jeremy Igger from the Star Tribune has given a great review after three months
of our opening. We continue to received great reviews and awards year
after year.
However, October of 1999, we had a major set
back. The 11 year lease term ended, the location was
not desirable to many upscale clients. We had decided to search for a new
location.
On September 16, 2000. Royal Orchid
Best Thai Food was reborn.
We pledged to offer our clients the
highest quality and real authentic Thai food which you don't have to be in
Thailand to enjoy it.
